RETURN POLICY - THEMELIUM&CO;

At Themelium&Co;, we work to offer high-quality products and guarantee a satisfactory experience. Due to the nature of food products, we apply a specific and strict return policy to comply with United States safety standards.

1. Products That Can Be Returned

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product received does not match the order.

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The product presents a clear manufacturing defect.

Important: Food products (coffee, matcha, and similar) cannot be returned if they have been opened, handled, or consumed.

2. Deadline to Request a Return

You must notify us of any incident within the first 48 hours after delivery. After this time, it will not be possible to process refunds or replacements.

3. Requirements for Processing a Return

To process a case, we will need:

  • Order number.

  • Clear photographs of the product and the problem.

  • Detailed description of the incident.

4. Refund Processing

Once the case is approved:

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method utilized.

  • Processing times may vary between 5 and 10 business days.

  • Shipping costs will only be refunded if the error was the responsibility of Themelium&Co;.

5. Non-Refundable Products

  • Food products that have been opened or handled.

  • Merchandise items used or damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Products purchased with final discounts or special promotions, when indicated that the sale is final.

6. Incorrect Shipment or Incomplete Address

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, Themelium&Co; will not be able to cover the re-shipping costs. In this case, the customer must cover the expenses for a new shipment.

7. Exchanges or Replacements

Instead of a refund, we can offer product replacement in applicable cases. The replacement will be sent once the incident has been verified.
