All food products comply with FDA regulations.

4. Prices and Availability

  • All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Products are subject to availability.

  • Once an order is placed, the price will not be modified.

5. Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store complete card data.

6. Processing and Shipping

  • The estimated processing time is 1 to 3 business days.

  • Shipments are made via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • The risk of loss transfers to the customer when the carrier collects the package.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete address. Themelium&Co; will not assume re-shipping costs in case of a customer error.

8. Returns of Food Products

For food safety reasons, returns of open, tampered with, or consumed products are not accepted. Returns will only be permitted if:

  • The product received is incorrect

  • The product arrived damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

The incident must be reported within the first 48 hours after delivery.

9. Claim Procedure

An email must be sent to tc@themelium.com with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the problem

  • Detailed description

10. Refunds

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.

  • Estimated processing: 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs will only be refunded if the error was made by Themelium&Co;.

11. Limitation of Liability

Themelium&Co; will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

12. Intellectual Property

All site content belongs to Themelium&Co; and is protected by United States law.
